Do you accept custom requests?
Absolutely. Whether it's for yourself or a loved one, I love collaborating with clients to bring their unique visions to life. With a winning set of skills, years of experience, and a vast archive of designs, I can help you create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, accurate to your vision.

When will my order arrive?
Most items are made to order specifically for you. Please factor in both processing and shipping times when estimating your delivery date:
- Processing Time: 1–2 weeks (If your item is already in stock, it will head out much sooner!), this doesn't include custom requests.
- Standard Shipping: Trackable shipping that typically arrives within 10–20 days, though it can take up to 45 days depending on the destination.
- Priority Shipping (EMS Upgrade): Express International shipping that typically arrives within 10 days, with a maximum window of 14 days.
Note: While I wish I could personally hand-deliver every package, once it leaves my studio, it is under the courier's responsibility. Please plan ahead, weather conditions or high demand during holiday seasons can lead to unexpected delays beyond my control.
Duty & customs fees
Customs fees are the uninvited guests of international shipping. Because every country has its own set of rules, buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may be applied by their local government.
Please note that RBZ cannot be held responsible for packages held up in customs. Once a package enters the customs process, the timeline is entirely under the jurisdiction of the local authorities.
USA Tariff tax
As of September 2025, U.S. Customs regulations changed, removing the duty-free exemption for international orders. Now, all imports are subject to a federal tariff (typically 10%–15% of the total order, including shipping).
I choose to handle this via a separate invoice for two reasons:
- Fair Pricing: It allows me to keep my jewelry prices honest. If I "included" the tax in the retail price, I would have to inflate my prices significantly to cover platform fees and varying tax rates.
- Precision: You pay exactly what the law requires, based on your specific order total, with no "hidden" markups.
By paying this upfront, I ship your order DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means I handle all the paperwork and clearing for you - your package will arrive at your door with no surprise fees or delays.
Allergic reactions
While Sterling Silver is a high-quality metal, some individuals may experience sensitivities.
• My Policy: It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of their own health conditions and metal sensitivities. Because I cannot verify individual health history, I do not offer refunds or returns in the event of an allergic reaction.
• The Hypoallergenic Choice: If you have a known sensitivity to silver, I recommend upgrading to Gold or Platinum. These metals are naturally hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and a beautiful long-term investment for sensitive skin.

Can I return my septum ring for an exchange or a refund?
No. To maintain the highest health and safety standards, all body jewelry sales are final.
Hygiene First: Because septum rings come into direct contact with body tissue, they cannot be resold once they have left the studio.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry for any reason. This ensures that every customer receives a brand-new piece that has never been worn by anyone else.
Because I cannot offer exchanges, please double-check your gauge and diameter requirements before completing your purchase.
Return / refund a custom or personalized item
Because custom and personalized pieces are crafted specifically to your instructions, all sales are final.
Once a piece is engraved or custom-built, it cannot be altered back to its original state or resold. The materials, dedicated studio time, and specialized setup are unique to your specific order.
Accuracy is key: Please double-check all text, fonts, and design preferences before submitting your order. I will create exactly what is provided in the order notes.
Faulty Items: In the rare event that a mistake was made on my end, please contact me immediately so I can make it right.
